Yesterday me and Keith started filming Trees II, Leaves, the sequel to our short film Trees. We filmed in some lovely old woods in Worcestershire as we wanted to capture some Autumn colour and golden Autumn light. As in the first film there will be no spoken dialogue but written text. Some of the text is written on leaves. I am just starting to create the music. There is going to be more violin on the soundtrack for this film, but it’s early days yet so things are just taking shape.

Some exciting news – Trees is being screened in Birmingham as part of Hello Digital 2010. It will be shown at The Custard Factory Theatre on 21st and 22nd October from noon – 18:30.
