These necklaces feature my “harvest” range of handmade glass beads. I make my beads from glass using the lampworking/flameworking method. Each bead is individually made so no two beads are exactly alike. I use a studio at the Stourbridge based glassworks Plowden and Thompson.

Along with the glass beads I have added extra details to these necklaces using pure wool felt. The leaves or cirlcles have machine sewn embelishments and are hand stitched to the ribbon tie. The ribbon can be tied as either a choker or longer necklace.
