I’ve been reading Mollie Makes since issue #1 and I’m a bit lucky because I have a subscription (an ongoing birthday pressie). I’m totally inspired by the current issue #29, as it’s packed with stuff I love.
The “Mexicana – Trends” section is right up my street and I shall certainly be having a go at making a Frida Kahlo style headband – to go with some of my “Frida” outfits.

The decor in my front room is Mexican inspired and Katharina Wormann is certainly a gal after my own heart in her decorating style.

I like to use reclaimed denim in some of my work, (and have made cushion covers and textile pots that include denim) but have never made anything on the scale of Folk Fibres denim blanket – might give it a go!
Oh, and I’d really like to visit Copenhagen (I could extend my collection of wooden dolls with a visit to the Nørrebro Flea Market).

There are so many more wonderful articles and tutorials in this issue and as long as Mollie Makes keeps filling it’s pages with such great suff I’ll keep getting it!
