Some of my favourite times on the allotment are snow days

I love how it is just so still and peaceful. I’m grateful that I have somewhere that I can (try to) grow food and flowers but the allotment is also a space to just be, to enjoy nature and the changing seasons. Our house backs on to the allotments (- although not our particular allotment) and the last photo is the view of our house from the allotments. Yesterday was particularly lovely as it was sunny and bright, time to capture that elusive Winter sunshine. There are some more photos of the allotment here.
